[etni] dictionaries

Thanks to all for the responses to my query about the use of dictionaries
. The overwhelming response (for those who asked me to update them) was
that the student must choose* either* the Eng/Eng/Heb* or *the Eng/Heb -
Heb/Eng.
I don't understand the rationale - but I guess that's the "rule".....
