Dear Judy,
An off-line comment about the various letter formats
in the NBA made me realize that the real number of
words required in letters was not clear (and not
mentioned in the NBA Handbook).
Are the words of the opening and closing counted as
part of the required words? I was told that in the old
Bagrut format, they were not counted.
Is this the case in the NBA?
