[etni] English inspectorate site

I thank everyone for sending me the link to the inspectorate's site but
something is really not working with this site.
I try to enter www.education.gov.il/english and what I get is a message
saying "you are not authorized to this site"... is there a certain password
to this site?? This is really strange because right after you all sent me
the link it worked fine and now it doesn't.
