Over a dozen anthropologists in the USA were invited to contribute to a series 
"The Rise of Trumpism," now circulating widely on social media, listservs and 
blogs. The editors, Lucas Bessire and David Bond, informed us that "it has 
already garnered more than 32,000 unique views (on par with the digital 
readership for a typical national news story). This means that, after only ten 
days, this collection is the most widely read virtual series ever published by 
[the academic journal] Cultural Anthropology."
