[espeak-gaeilge] New version of Irish eSpeak now available

Hi all,
A new version of the eSpeak Gaeilge system (2.4B) is now available in
the DropBox environment.
This can be deployed in the same way as previous versions.
Please see instructions for installation in the
DropBox/eSpeak/Documentation folder.
This version has a series of pronunciation improvements following feedback.
Please let me know how you get on with this version.
