Dear Member,

The voting period for the E-iSNR Byelaws Referendum has been extended due to a momentary impossibility to contact a significant amount of members. Recent messages sent to members were replied by vacation messages (out-of-office replies).

In an attempt to reach a decisive quorum, the voting deadline for the E-iSNR Byelaws Referendum has been extended to Sunday, 8 August 2004.

In case of an insufficient voter turn-out - regardless of whether "in favour" or "in opposition" votes had a majority - the Referendum would remain inconclusive. The E-iSNR may need to run the Referendum again. Thus, we need EVERYONE to come out and vote.

To cast a ballot, please study the proposed amendments at http://www.e-isnr.org/amend.htm.

Both the current and the proposed Byelaws are available on the website as PDF documents for your perusal.

Then proceed to vote at http://www.e-isnr.org/ballot.htm. Complete the ballot with your vote for each amendment. In order for your vote to be valid, you must complete the entire form, including your name and email address.

If you haven't voted yet, cast your vote online now!

With best wishes,

Your E-iSNR Board
