I joined the FESN summer school last year and indicated my interest in leading
one of the FESN SIG groups. Angelika wrote to me yesterday and asked if I still
had the interest. I have, however, been swamped with work to get our
neuro-psych. research department up running at Filadelfia, so I have not had
the time to engage. I hope to be able to join the congress this year, though a
few things need to fall in place before I can confirm this. In any way, I am
very much interested in joining a SIG group with a broader profile of
neuropediatric patients, as you suggest!

Will somebody stay in Thessaloniki for the FESN congress in September 2023?
Unfortunately, I am not.
Angelika Thöne-Otto and Hans-Otto Karnath from the German board asked me if
there would be interest in forming international Topic Groups for digital
networking. I told her a little bit about our SIG. Although epilepsy is highly
relevant I appreciate the contact with colleagues who treat a broader range of
neuropediatric patients for a discussion. Maybe this could be of interest for
some of you as well. So, if you join the FESN congress you could keep this in
mind and look for some more “child neuropsychologists”😊
