This is the first issue of the new brief electronic newsletter of the Institute 
for Environmental Studies (IES) which features news of IES and the University 
of Toronto environmental community.  This shorter newsletter is an extension of 
IES' regular newsletter Environews (latest issue: Summer 2004).  Links to both
