BACKOFF - Benefit Concert to raise money and awareness around 
B.C.'s 'Working Forest Initiative'.

THIS Saturday, Nov. 8 at "The Rockit Club" (120 Church St, 
Toronto), at 8 pm.

Today, the people of BC are faced with the most important and 
urgent environmental campaign of all time. The BC government is 
quickly moving to implement the most sweeping, anti-environmental 
legislation in theprovince's history - the so-called "WORKING 
FOREST" Initiative. For more info see www.workingforest.org . 
There will be a Benefit Concert with the bands 
Mico(Winnipeg),Standpoint and Fat for Free (Montreal),The 
Tups(B.C.),JerryCan and Psychopathos (Ontario), 
Plus a spoken word artist Ernest Carterand representitve from the 
David Suzuki Foundation. 

Show is 5 bucks or 10 bucks including the cd. 

All procedes go to " The David Suzuki Foundation" and "W.C.W.C.". 

This event is supported by C.I.U.T. Radio and Ontariopunk.com.
