new pre-release available

Hello all.
gtk 2.18 is out. After the problems that 2.16 introduced, and more recent
refinement to the gtk bits that (I think) caused the grief, I figure it's
sensible to make sure that things are going to remain ok with 2.18.
So, for those of you without svn code, I've posted a new pre-release, at
http://emelfm2.net/rel/pre/emelfm2-trunk-20090924.tar.bz2
with changes listed at
