emelFM2 Ubuntu PPA

Great, it looks good. The PPA is up and running. [1] Since the Ubuntu
binaries are hopelessly outdated, it would be nice to have the PPA
listed on emelfm2.net.

For those running Ubuntu and reading this post, it would be great if
you could provide some feedback regarding these packages.
