I had a report similar to this once before, and posted a request to the ML, to debianers in particular, about how to deal with it. No response sofar. A manpage file exists in the source tree at ..../docs/emelfm2.1 Another one (not done by me, and superseded, but I'm not about to tinker with things I don't know) is at ..../debian-unofficial/emelfm2.1x I'm in your hands about how those should be handled.
