A new release is available at the e2 website downloads page.
In summary, relative to 0.1.7:
* a variety of fine-tunes of the user-interface
* selected-item tasks all run in background, most of them via a queue
* new "merge-copy" action for merging directories
* support locale-specific config files
* man page
* updated translations
* bugs fixed

I've had another recent report of UI "freezing" in certain circumstances, which
I cannot replicate nor track down. Maybe next time ...
