Problem with svn 1969 build.

Build using E2svn1969 will fail with any of the following conditionals:
USE_DNOTIFY=1
or
USE_INOTIFY=1
or
WITH_THUMBS=1
I know the 1st 2 come from the changes in
e2_fs_FAM_inotify.c/e2_fs_FAM_dnotify.c
Not sure what causes the thumb failure, but for some reason the build
now fails to find gimpthumb.h.
The build for E21960 is/was successful with any/all of the above
conditionals set 1.
