Yes... I do expect ctime to change. However, mtime changing when
files are moved is, IMO, a Bad Thing.

Aha! That's maybe why I never noticed it before. The files that first
caught my eye on this were indeed moved from one partition to another.

BTW... another feature request, if I may be so bold. I use the function
"file.copy_with_time" to copy files, but would much rather be able to
use the cpbar plugin. Unfortunately, I am quite a stickler about my
timestamps, and cpbar does not preserve them. Any chance getting time
stamp preservation for the cpbar/mvbar plugins as well?
