Just a little more information
I get the same @Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily
unavailable) on X server :0.0@ when trying to get
information about a file. I just tried to change file
permissions and it locked up X entirely - had to reboot.
Kernel is 2.6.28 by the way.
