This one is fixed already, in the patch available on the e2 website 
OtherDownLoads page.

Now fixed, ready for next release.

The filetypes dialog accessed from the context menu is intended to be for 
simple, relatively minor tweaks, using the buttons (when they work), and by 
dragging of rows. Adding copy/cut/paste functionality would be a substantial 
effort. (Without wanting to get too technical, the underlying data structures 
are messy, in order to accommodate the simpler form of presentation. So 
handling of cut/copied items is a whole lot more complicated than for the 
normal config dialog).

I recommend using the filetypes page of the normal config dialog for any 
editing which needs cut/copy/paste.
