A hen Common Goldeneye (possibly an ongoing bird) was in the Bass Pond at
Biltmore Estate this morning. In past weeks, one/two females had been
in the Lagoon.
I'm not positive this is one of those ongoing birds as it seems to have more
yellow area in bill, but maybe that is a light/photograph trick.
She was associating with 4 Ring-necked Ducks (3 male, 1 female).
