Hi,
I'm going to cancel tomorrow's call - I'll not be near a computer that I can
do zoom from, folks seen to be in the midst of fieldwork and I think we
haven't got much else to talk about.
That said, I talked to Kristen Reugg recently and she is interested in
hosting a student to do shrike related genomics work beyond creating the
SNPscape and migratory behaviour research. She gave me a ballpark figure of
cost, of which admin fees double the cost. Apparently there is a way around
this, specifically, if the states helping to support the student are part of
CESU.
If folks are interested in moving ahead with research of a genomics nature,
could you let me know? I can set up a meeting with Kristen to discuss what
might be possible.
Thanks!
Amy
