[Elmfield Road] The Bike Hangar is coming....

Folks - I received confirmation today that our bike hangar will be
installed on Friday 27th July, and will be the decorated one most of us
chose as part of the consultation.

Spaces have been assigned and people will be contacted this week.

I'll be around on the 27th as Enjoy Waltham Forest want to publicise it.
