Hi all

Yet another monday and our workshop continues. Just a reminder. Helsinki
Hacklab is at Takkatie 18 basement behind the frisbeegolf shop down the ramp,
about 17->sometime.

My aim is to get everybody comfortable enough with routine operations and basic
maintenance so that people can succesfully apply trunk based development on the
central repository, continuous delivery and at the same time use the
branch-like-hell-and-high-water on their personal repositories.

Trunk based central development is key for long running projects. This is
contrasting heavily with that speculative development at personal repository
level works best with premature branching and having lots of small commits. It
is always easier to massage changes at very granular level but the trunk model
needs larger blocks where commits are not breaking the build. There are several
ways to achieve this and they all require work at meta level, so we're building
skills for this.
