Of course, you're far enough inland, that all you may get is subsidence. You'll be on the "dry" side of the storm. Unless you're very close, on the dry side you get sinking, high-pressure, warm, dry air, and little to no rain.
It is unearthly quiet here. To quiet. I saw flocks of birds leaving the area yesterday. No birds were singing this morning. I think they all left
