Oh dear, Mary. You mean the Federalist papers have lost their meaning? Maybe 
that explains the state of our alleged "government".

  in current usage 'gambling' and 'gaming' are divided up by politics.  
Gambling is what the anti casino forces call it, gaming is what those promoting 
casinos call it. 

  my son the coder would never think of the computer variety as anything but 
gaming.  

  Language is fluid and evolves over time.  Just try reading anything over 100 
years old and it's like a different language.  The Internet has pushed that 
evolution into high gear and combined with the poor education young 'uns 
receive it's degrading at a record pace.  

  Try reading the Federalist Papers without a dictionary.  Yet, that was the 
common language that everyone understood in the 1700's.
