I know, I want one that is done- and the way I want it. I think back about all the money I spent on that 65 I had, and the time I put into it, and to end up selling it. I dont have the time to do another full rehab and I want to be that guy that drives his hot rod a lot, so im spending lots of time looking at pics and trying to decide what I really want. My goal is to find one that someone else has already put the cool stuff into, and wont have to lose all that money and time myself, and Im not looking for a "stock numbers matching 138 car". I like this one a lot, my dads 68 Camaro was similar color, and It looked really nice. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem <http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290613445619&; ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649> &item=290613445619&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 I have a really good friend who runs one of the best shops around, I worked with him back when time permitted- hed call when he needed extra help, but now im busy enough that he understands I cant really do much of that anymore. But he will start over on a paint job, part or whole, if it didn't turn out to his satisfaction, and he is a picky picky guy. I do know a good painter, he has my Chevelle at the moment. If you buy a car be sure to buy the nicest one you can afford. You'd rather not have to wrench on it. I'm trying to get my Volvo ready to sell, it's mostly there just need to install some interior parts. On Mon, Oct 3, 2011 at 10:51 AM, CTSVMONGO <ctsvmongo@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: Ouch! Chris, Im glad to hear you are not hurt and that you had that car out! The Camino can be fixed, though I know its not the most favorable process. Im totally jealous - cant stay off ebay trying to figure out what I want to buy in the spring- im gonna wait til after the first of the year and then get to it. Novas and Chevelles- if I was ready to buy one today, a guy in Lincoln has a 69 that is really exactly what I want- but. Ive got some other projects I have to put first. I guess that means I get to park in the garage over the winter J This house was supposed to be a flip, but My son has 4 "bffs" living next door and he never wants to move. Low cost of living means more toys, right?
