Hi All,

It's been a while since the last eispice release so even
though I haven't gotten everything into this release that I
would like too I thought it was time for a release anyway.
This is a pre-release version for the mailing list, if
anyone has some time I would appreciate it if they could try
building it on their system and let me know if they have any
issues. A more complete release with Windows Binaries, a new
version of eide, and updated documentation on the webpage
will follow in a week or two but for now it's a source code
only release. I have added Pyhton docstrings so you should
be able to use the Python help() function on all of the
eispice classes, modules, functions, etc. Also take a look
at the files in the test/regression directory for some
example circuits. The syntax has changed and is not
backwards compatible.

Summary of changes:
- Added a non-linear capacitor model
- Added a simple diode model
- Added Python Docstrings to most classes, functions, and
modules
- Changed the module names to make them more descriptive
- Improved the IBIS model support, to support a greater
number of models
- Added the framework for a netlist import tool
- Added the framework for a W Element T-Line (it's about 80%
complete)
- Added a device library manipulation / storage module
- Migrated to the FORTRAN version of BLAS, LAPACK, etc...
- Lots of clean-up, bugfixes, etc...

You can find the new release here:

Thanks!
Charles
