Hi David, It's still alive but there's essentially only one developer (me) and unfortunately I haven't had much time to work on it in the last year or so. The main things left to complete before moving to version "1.0" are: finish the W-Element model, the remaining semiconductor models, a SPICE to Eispice translator, more testing/debug of the IBIS model (it doesn't support all IBIS model types yet), and new tutorials, manual, etc... If another developer wants to work on any of these (or add any new functionality, fix bugs, or whatever) I'd be happy to integrate new code into a new release. There is no publicly available CVS, (I just use local version control) but the last release is the most up-to-date version. I'm happy to hear that someone else may get some use out eispice.
