It would greatly help me (as well as any other besieged in the future)
if besieging forces were kept a little away from the besieged city
so that units may be added to/deducted from the latter easily
currently I cannot reach my garrison in Leningrad due to the Huno-Dago
horde sitting atop it
also besiegers please take care not to cover the spires of a city
