Tiron sent me via viber that he will not call any allies so we move on with
the month. No empire is at peace any more, so the order is written down for
everyone to note. *You may post before your time is due for speed*, and
still be entitled (or forced) to change your moves until your proper order
is due. (For example France can post reinforcements first, but if I see
something in your reinforcements that makes me change my mind, I can still
change it since my proper order of playing in land reinfocements is last.
Additionally, like with last naval, France posted before Austria, but when
Austria blockaded the port, French move had to be canceled)
In short, the proper order of play has to be respected regardless of when
everyone posts:
