Turkey please reply to his Colonial Excellence whether you have completed
your turn. Spain seems to be in a confusion by not opening turns at all,
simply choosing who to attack next. Preferably someone with 5 wars ongoing
already.

Whenever Turkey decides to post his "doing nothing important" turn, we
will make the achievement of 3 days turn. It could have been 2 days, but
Turkey needed some more time to decide how to go about not doing anything
this time.

Everyone can do his full turn independently of the others. With the
exception of combined moves, turn sequence is normally respected, so take
note when foraging who else might go there who plays before you do. France
plays land last.
