Turkey, will you roll the siege of Ofen or not?

We are moving into the allies land phase.

I don't doubt it, I simply did not realise due to the lack of the siege

but i didn't place the counter.

i don't know what matters more

the corps was paid from Cologne, it did not forage. If you mean the city,
there was no siege or I would have rolled

as for you question, assume the corps arrives before Napoleon leaves, it
was paid by depot anyway not by forage

another question

7.2.3.2.1: A "valid" supply chain is one where the intervening areas
between any of a supply chain's depots are not blocked by the presence of
unbesieged enemy corps, garrisons, guerrillas, cossacks and/or freikorps
(EXCEPTION: these enemy forces do not block an area if that area also
contains an unbesieged friendly corps or garrison).

7.2.3.2.3: Any portion of a supply chain that is not valid cannot be used
for
regular supply (see 7.4.2), although the invalid depots do not have to be
removed.

french depot placement in Breda is 100% allowed, because of unbesieged
french corps presence.

then french army moves and no french corps are present in Breda.

according to the yellow the supply chain is still "valid" ???
