Wow, that is no joke, serious stuff.

I know a familly, they have a small kid who has seizures, he was strictly
prohibited from watching TV and especially computer screens, even tablet was a
no no.

There is something on a fast changing screen that makes they eyes difficult to
process the image and the brain just switch off, so to say.

You just have to take care of yourself and it shouldn't be too serious. On the
other hand in today's world it is almost impossible to live without computers
and smart phones and tablets and TV...
