why not? it is 2 areas from Strasbourg depot, and there was a corps there
at the start of the turn, so its part of  valid supply chain.

You can roll for withdrawal with +1 since I have chosen Echelon.

attached screenshots of the first part of moves. 1 corps sieges Freiburg,
the other moves into Nuremberg. You will deduct it has 3 infantry and 1
militia. It has only 1 remaining move. Do you fight battle or retreat into
the city?
