I just wonder what happens if every country has similar requirements - we need
as many WP as countries? And at least twice as many tasks?

Dear all,
One of the spanish criteria to be fulfilled is about leadership. The spanish
partners should lead, at least:
a) 2 WP
b) 1 WP and 2 tasks
c) 4 tasks
I know that in the PO phase it is difficult to define leaders for WPs and also
for tasks we have not defined in this phase. But we must try to fulfill this
criteria. So, my suggestion is to discuss the WP leadership tomorrow at telco.
Of course, this is only temporary and we can update the leadership of WPs
during FPP phase.
I would propose Tecnalia to lead WP1: "Development process".
PS: Tomorrow I will not be able to attend to the concall because I am
travelling, but I have already commented this to Olli. Please, let me know asap
the conclusion from the concall because I have to include this information in
part C and sign the document.

If I understood you correctly, the Spanish consortium (a member of the Spanish
consortium) needs to be in lead in
a) 2 WPs AND 2 tasks
OR
b) 1 WP AND 4 tasks
Right?
Where does this requirement originate from? In any case I'm inclined to have
these kind of discussions in POCT/FPPCT/EP Steering Group, nevertheless given
that I would have the final decision.

Hi Olly,
Just another comment One of the criteria for Spanish partners is to al least
leads: 2 WP or 1 WP and 2 tasks or 4 tasks.
So, for this phase, we are going to assume that we are going to lead 1 WP and 2
tasks. The WP would be "WP Development Processes". Later, in FPP where the WPs
and tasks are better described we will refine this. Is this ok for you? Now on
PO we do not need to define WP leaders in the proposal.
