Good Jan, now put everything we need on a pen drive along with the
toolchains and everything we need for install ;-)

I will also bring over a few arduino clones in case any of our attendees is
going to forget their own: just to be sure every attendees is going to have
one at his side.

I am ok with everything you said, I will also bring the wifi thing for
sharing anything we wish to share along with a fresh sub key.

I don't know if Wim and Marcelo wish to have their page on the
presentation, but if they wish I would ask Marcelo to send over his picture
and to both a few very short sentences we can use to describe them, along
the lines of what you have sent us about you.

In a few hours I will send you a revised, possibly beautified, version
of the presentation for your review and I will eventually add what the guys
will send.

Tomorrow (Jun 3rd) I will be on holidays and will spend some time on
this, so feel free to keep in contact with me by any media you like,
including Skype.

Can you change the plugin to contain the new icons before the weekend?

If not that is fine, I just don't want to wait for it and see it wasn't
necessary to wait.


I would like to send out a mail to the 18 participants (that is without
Roberto and me) of the workshop with instructions on how to install the
plugin (there is no network during the workshop :-( )and I would like them
to install the nightly.

I think it is too late to make a release (but please tell me I'm wrong)

For backup purposes we can have storage. If the product download and
the json files are local and the download folder contains the "download
file" no downloads are needed. I can make a download file for windows and
linux. However mac is a problem for me.

I plan to warn explicitly for mac users to be sure everything is pre
installed.
