To be honest I don't know how all this stuff of licence switching works.
I have been swinging between EPL and GPL on request of third party's.
For some things it has to be GPL for others it has to be EPL.
As far as I know EPL is the most non-restrictive.
Some code still originates from the avr plugin which was GPL at the time
