I'll get 256px icon and the banner flat and create a new pull request for
those.

Making it flat on the splash image might require a solid border or
something as to not loose contrast, but we'll see.

I'm not sure how to interpret the legal response of eclipse legal (It said
"I like it. J") but id does not sound bad ;-)
Once the splash is done we need to tackle the hotfix/replace issue. I
think a conf call is best placed here.

Marcelo, would you feel so brave to also make a very big version of that
splash to put on the website? I believe it can be used as background for
the jumbotron on the main page, giving a lot more character to our home...
