Just wondering:
Fake Festivals Ltd are a for-profit company. Access to festivals is by
ticket only, and people are not allowed to bring their own food and drink.
FFL recruit local businesses for providing catering and other things (eg
face painting), and they charge a fee for each stand.
Farrar's Fun Fairs are also a private business.
These businesses use the park to make a profit. Nothing wrong with that -
but they should also pick up the bill for cleaning up the rubbish. Do we
have information on whether they do this, or whether the Council has to
foot the bill?
