Hi Mike and Jan,
I would like to attend Van's funeral if I can but my mother-in-law is
currently in 'end of life care' so I'm not sure how things will work out
for us. Can I get back to you nearer the time and let you know if I can
attend. Happy to remain outside if necessary. I have fond memories of
talking to Van at Chris and Gordon's Do's.

You may remember that Van, our neighbour, died about five weeks ago. His
funeral has now been arranged at last.
It will be at City Road Crematorium at 10.15 am on Monday 14th December.
Only 25 people will be allowed inside the chapel. Van's late partner's
family will total four people and both our sons will come, as well as Chris
and Rachel from next door. This makes a total of ten. It's possible that
someone from Van's previously unknown relations may come as well.
If people from ECCO would like to come then that's fine but there is no
guarantee that all of us will get inside.
