My first thought was that the underground car park for the flats would be
better opening up onto Botanical Road, but I did go to look and
unfortunately there are houses behind 15 Brocco Bank, so that wouldn't be
possible.
I have never noticed any particular problems with cars leaving or going
into the flats next door to 15 Brocco Bank.
Not ideal to increase traffic on Brocco Bank but I don't have strong
feelings about the proposal.
