Hi all,
Here is a big thank-you to Mike and Jan, who gave me some cuts off their
lovely big choisya bush a few years ago... This is what they've grown into
- and this year is the first one with flowers, so I'm really chuffed!
(The choisya didn't make its way into our garden video, as it sits just
outside the kitchen door.)
Also a little note that our 'sparrow-free period' seems to be over -
there's now a whole family bouncing around the gardens here... Who would've
thunk it that one day we'd be grateful to see something as common (and even
'vulgar', as they used to be looked upon) as a sparrow?? A sign of our
times, I guess...
