Dear all
I have had faults on my land line since 1st March. Currently I can neither
receive nor make calls. My internet service provider says that the problem is
in the exchange and that many people are affected. They are waiting for BT
Openreach to sort it. They have said verbally that they will give me a credit
on my bill to cover loss of service.
Is anyone else in the group going through the same thing?
