I think this is a good compromise too Gwen. 

I agree with the core points outlined in general for an ECCO comment but
maybe a compromise with the closing times? So in the restaurant - weekdays
close at midnight, Sundays 10.30pm; and on the terrace - weekdays close
10.30pm and Sundays 10,00pm?
Just a suggestion....

by the late night activity of people eating and drinking on Ecclesall Road,

Perhaps a way forward might be for the residential streets off Ecclesall
Road to have extended resident only parking, perhaps to midnight.
