Hi David

How are you getting to your My Documents folder? Instead of accessing it
with a short cut try:

1. Press <Windows Key E> to open Windows Explorer

2. Press <Enter> to open your C: Drive

3. Go to Users and press <Enter> to open it

4. You should then find two or three folders, depending on your settings.
There should be a folder called by the name of your computer. Mine is Pele
West, but, again, it depends on how your PC was set up.

5. Press <Enter> to open it

6. Go down to "My Documents" and open it.

If you still can't access it, I will think again.

Apologies if you already knew and had tried this. I hope the instructions
made sense in the light of our earlier discussion.

Good luck

Pele
