Shell, you've got it all wrong!  Just enjoy the books you're reading, and don't 
worry about what you might or might not be around to read.  Books were made for 
you, not the other way round.

  Oh dear Ian, you're only a young pup yet!  Mind you, I often say sadly to him 
indoors that if I started reading now, 24 hours a day, I still won't get to all 
the books I want to before falling off my perch. That's without all the new 
ones to come along either.
