I don't quite get it, Ian, what is the relevance of "My Dear" for you at this time? Jury service isn't like the first world ear, as far as I know.

Trish.

Subject: [ebooktalk] APPROPRIATE TIME FOR READING

It just struck me how now is an appropriate time for my reading of My dear. When I worked on Watchdog at the BBC, I remember the Editor would always take a book which was relevant to his holiday destination. Similarly, when we went to Spain a couple of years ago one of the books ~I took and read was Anthony bever's The Battle For spain.
