Plan of action for all those coming along to Duxford at the end of the month....
Meeting at Dartford Hilton (Crossways) @ 08:15 for 08:30 departure with a brief
pitstop @ Birchanger services to pick up a few people.
Event starts @ 10:00 with the gates opening @ 09:30, discounted entry costs
£12.60 per person payable on the gate.
We will be directed to our allocated parking area on arrival, if it's like last
year which was jam packed we are unlikely to have the room for the coleman
shelter.
I'd appreciate if you could confirm you are still attending so I know who I am
expecting/waiting for at the Hilton
