One thing that I've found works well, and has actually been mentioned on this list, (though not very recently), is to utilize more of the formatting styles in Word itself. For example, this morning I was creating a document that had a lot of sections and sub-sections. Instead of just writing the titles and bolding manually or whatever, I chose to apply the heading 1 or 2 styles, (under the format menu and then styles). If the document is formatted in Word using these styles, I've found that it imports quite nicely into Duxbury. I was quite impressed with the results. Just a thought. To me, it's just as important to start off with a well-formatted Word document so that there isn't as much reformatting once it is imported into Duxbury.
