Larry,
I suspect you’re using the UEB Basic template. It does not have numbered
styles. In the English UEB BANA template numbered styles are at the top of the
list. After opening the style list with F8 type a 5 to get to the 5-3 style
then arrow down once to 5-5. You can set a default template by selecting the
template then tabbing to the Mark Template a Default button.

Hi George,
When I imported this file, I did choose the UEB BANA template; at least I am
fairly certain I did.
Yes, I did go down the F8 styles menu from top to bottom and there are no
entries for 5-5. Maybe I am looking in the wrong menu?

Hi Larry,
5-5 is definitely listed in the UEB (BANA) template.
Silly question perhaps, but have you gone far enough down the list?

Debby & Rebecca,
Thanks for the guidance, however, when I open the F8 menu, I find no 5-5
choice. I see only alphabetical style names. I am running DBT 12.6.
Any additional thoughts?

Larry,
Try using the 5-5 numbered style. Numbered styles do not place blank lines
above or below the paragraph.

Subject: [duxuser] style for blocking text in cell 5
Greetings All,
Is there a style which can block multiple lines of text, beginning all lines
in cell 5?
The H3 Heading accomplishes this, however, I believe this is not quite the
right answer. The H3 also generates a blank line prior to the block of text
and I do not want that to happen.
Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
