[duxuser] second-hand optacons available

If anyone knows of someone searching fro an optacon, please make them
aware of the info contained in the two messages below. I apologixe for
being off-topic, but because the members of this list are in touch with
many blind people, I thought you all could forgive me since optacons these
days are rare and precious.
