[duxuser] renumbering pages

My title page and the next two pages don't have numbers on them. I want them
to. I know the first page usually doesn't have a number. I trying selection all
and going to page number and saying start next page with 2. It didn't work. I
am typing in braille. I do translate it and it doesn't show page numbers until
page three .
